Conditions and rules for using SuperBazi’s AI-assisted analysis platform.
SuperBazi provides AI-assisted BaZi analysis and related content for self-reflection and education. It is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Services are provided “as is,” with disclaimers and limitations. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled.
By accessing or using SuperBazi (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please stop using the Services.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your region.
- If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with parental or guardian supervision.
- You represent you have legal authority to accept these Terms.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
SuperBazi generates AI-assisted BaZi analysis for self-reflection and education.
- No Professional Advice: Not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice.
- No Guarantees: Outcomes and interpretations may vary.
- AI Limitations: AI outputs may contain mistakes.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
- Prices may change with notice.
- Payments handled by Stripe, Xendit; we do not store full card numbers.
- Purchases are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Trial periods convert to paid plans unless canceled before expiry.
EU/UK Withdrawal Right: If you request instant delivery of digital content, you waive the 14-day withdrawal right.
You agree not to engage in:
- Illegal or abusive activities
- Scraping, copying, or reverse-engineering
- Uploading malware
- Using the Services to build competing products
- You retain ownership of your submitted content.
- You grant us a license to process it solely to operate or improve the Services.
- You must have rights to submit the content.
All SuperBazi content, reports, and software are protected by IP laws.
Reports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and relevant laws (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA).
Cross-border transfers use appropriate safeguards.
We are not responsible for external websites or services linked within SuperBazi.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
Beta features may be unstable and are used at your own risk.
The Services are provided “as is” with no warranties of accuracy or performance.
SuperBazi is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
You agree to indemnify SuperBazi against claims arising from your misuse or violations of these Terms.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations.
These Terms are governed by Indonesian law. Disputes resolved in Jakarta courts or BANI arbitration.
EU/UK consumers may have additional rights in their home jurisdictions.
You agree not to use the Services in violation of export control or sanctions regulations.
We may update Terms with notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
You may receive service-related emails. You can opt out of marketing messages anytime.
- These Terms and Privacy Policy form the entire agreement.
- Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.
- We may assign these Terms; you may not without consent.
- Force Majeure applies.
- The English version controls in case of dispute.
